From lithographs to serigraphs to woodcuts to silkscreens, Thomaston Place Auction Galleries savors the art of the printmaker. We feature prints covering the broad history of the medium, from the early lithographs of Currier and Ives and the delicate woodblock prints of Edo Japan to the colorful chromos of the 19th and 20th century and on into the bold creations of contemporary masters of the craft. Artists we feature include Benton, Chagall, Katz, Dali, Picasso, Kent, Wengenroth, Indiana, and Miro.
