LATEST TECHNICAL BULLETIN
As part of
normal service updates, Microsoft is automatically upgrading Windows users to
the new Internet Explorer 9.
Internet Explorer 9 may experience conflicts with Java, which we use for our
seller and bidder consoles. If you have been automatically updated to Internet
Explorer 9, we recommend either re-installing the latest version of Java from
www.java.com, or switching to the Firefox web browser, available for free
download from www.mozilla.org.
While we
continue to work with bidders who contact us about this issue, we urge you to
recommend the steps above to any bidders who ask your assistance. We are working
towards official support of Internet Explorer 9. Thank you for your patience and
cooperation while we work to improve our system.
