Please see the below Minimum requirements for successfuly using the Artfact Buyer Console:

For Windows Vista and Windows 7 Users:
* OS:Windows Vista, Windows 7
* RAM: 512MB
* Browsers: Internet Explorer 9; Firefox 11; Google Chrome 18
* Internet Connection: DSL/Cable/FIOS, T1 or higher

For Windows XP Users:
* OS: Windows XP Service Pack 2 or 3
* RAM: 512MB
* Browsers: Firefox 11; Google Chrome 18 (Internet Explorer 9 is NOT compatible with Windows XP)
* Internet Connection: DSL/Cable/FIOS, T1 or higher

For Mac Users:
* OS X10.6 with Firefox 11 only
* OS X10.5 with Safari 5.1.5 only
* Sorry, we currently don’t support any OS – Browser combinations for Mac except those listed above.
* RAM: 512MB or higher
* Processor: PPC or Intel
* Internet Connection: DSL/Cable/FIOS, T1 or higher

The Live Console does NOT support:
- OS: Windows 2000 or earlier, Mac OSX 10.4 or earlier
- Browsers: Netscape, Opera, AOL
- Internet Connection: WE DO NOT SUPPORT DIALUP OR WIRELESS CONNECTIONS (PC OR MOBILE)
